• No need to return the product – we aim to save you time and effort.

Note: Certain items, such as final sale or customized products, may not be eligible for refunds.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kosakystore.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 – 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
• If you want to exchange an item for personal preference (size, color, or different product) and the item has no defects, you will be required to pay 35% – 50% of the order value to receive a new product. The exact fee will depend on the product and exchange request.
